Three Woodblock Prints with Accompanying Padded Cloth Wall Mount, T. Hasegawa, 17 Kami Negishi, Tokyo" This is a padded cloth mount with 3 woodblock prints. The mount has a sleeve across the bottom to secure the prints and two diagonal holders at the top to hold the prints. The cloth mount is constructed upon a thick cardboard backboard. The mount is padded cloth over cardboard. There is a hole at the top middle of the mount for a hanging ribbon or cord. The mount size is 12 5/8 x `11 1/2 in (31.7 x 27 cm). The prints measure 10 5/8 x 7 1/4 in (27 x 18.5 cm). The only lettering on the mount or prints is on the back of the mount and states:

17, Kami Negishi, Tokyo.
Made in Japan

This item is dated by the T. Hasegawa address of 17 Kami Negishi. The "Made in Japan" marking indicates 1915 or later but it is not possible to tell precisely when the item was produced.
