Condition. I rate all three volumes as Good+ in condition. All three books have original gray cloth covers and complete in all respects. The covers all three volumes are sun faded on the spine with bumped corners and fraying at the head and foot of the spine. The spine covering on Volume I is loose along the left edge and requires professional restoration. This has been figured into the sales price. They boards have small areas of discoloration and gouging. However, they are original and in better condition than normally found. Internally the set is far above average. Very little foxing or staining. The bindings of all volumes are solid. Most of the internal hinges are cracked or partially cracked.
