For purchases over $100 ($300 when payment or shipping address is outside the US), layaway plans are available. I will hold material based upon receipt of payment of 1/3 of the order and a payment schedule that we both agree upon. The material will be taken out of stock and held specifically for you and shipped upon receipt of the final payment.

If you see material you want - but it is outside your normal philatelic budget - the layaway program will allow you to reserve it now and pay for on your schedule.
