BaxleyStamps is Buying Stamps.
BaxleyStamps is an active buyer of stamps and philatelic items. If you have material to sell, please contact us. We are constantly purchasing collections, accumulations and better individual items. You will find buy lists for certain countries in the index to the left. We puchase quality material from any country however.

BaxleyStamps is Selling Stamps.
If you are interested in buying stamps, please visit our comprehensive price lists for world wide stamps and covers.

BaxleyStamps Will Travel.
We will travel to view significant philatelic holdings. Of course, before we do so we must have a reasonably detailed understanding of what you have to offer and a fair expectation that our buying price will be acceptable. To travel an extensive distance, a detailed inventory is necessary. Futher, we may ask that you send representative items by mail for inspection and offer. If trial transactions of this nature are successful, the trip to visit will be finalized with you.

Buying Lists for Specific Countries

  We Are Buying:
We need stamps from the countries listed above. In addition, we have the following general needs from other countries.

French Community (including some of the Independent African countries):
    • Topicals and sets that catalogue over $10 in Scott.

    • Imperforate stamps and deluxe sheets with topical subjects.

    Far East

    • Japan, Manchukuo, Ryukyu Islands, Thailand, Singapore, Republic of China, Peoples Republic of China, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam (South and North).

    • Stamps (including imperforates, deluxe sheets, errors and varieties), covers and postal stationery. Large collections and holdings are of particular interest as this is our main area.

World Wide Sets. Pre 1940 World Wide Sets in Mint Never Hinged condition with a catalogue value over $50.

World Wide Collections. World wide collections, accumulations and dealer stocks - particularly when they contain Far East material.

World Wide Covers. Better world wide covers, particularly before 1950. Postal history collections/ stocks/ accumulations from most Asian, French Colony and Western European countries are purchased.

World Wide Aerogrammes.Collections and accumulations of aerogrammes (mint, used and first day) as well as better individual items.

Europa Topicals. Europa collections as well as individual sets with a catalogue (Scott) value over $15.00.

In general, sets after 1945 are purchased in MNH, F-VF, or better condition. Pre-1950 sets may be of interest in Lightly Hinged condition. With very rare exceptions, I am only interested in material that is free of all faults. Faults include short perforations, gum smudges, tears, rounded corners, stains, toning etc. There are exceptions for key items and collections, accumulations and dealer stocks.

If you have material to offer, lets talk.

Best Regards, George
